We recommend that new group participants wait to make travel arrangements until 14 days prior to a meeting. We reserve the right to cancel a meeting or reschedule it. Generally we would do so at least 14 days prior to the meeting to allow participants to reschedule their travel arrangements. We always recommend that participants purchase trip insurance to cover fees in the unlikely event a meeting is rescheduled.
