Business Peer Mentor Group Guidelines
- Each peer benchmarking review group will be limited to the first 12 qualified registrants
- Peer benchmarking review group members must be from non-competitive markets
- Peer benchmarking review groups will, as far as is possible, be composed of members from companies with similar sales figures and number of employees.
- Peer benchmarking review groups will meet twice a year
- Peer mentoring participants must sign a confidentiality agreement.
- Business mentor workshops will run from 9 a.m. to 4p.m.
