A peer benchmarking group is a lot like forming an alliance with other business owners in your own industry. What benchmarking does, is it enables you and a group of anywhere from 8 – 14 other industry peers get together at a business roundtable and have everyone share their methods and strategies with each others, which allows to see what has worked and what hasn’t. Business peer mentoring is strictly non-competitive so you never have to worry about others using your own techniques against you.
